The I-94 form (Arrival / Departure Record) stores the entry and exit data, the residence permit and personal data such as name, passport number and travel information of foreign persons entering the USA with a visa. It is used to document the entry and exit of foreign persons to and from the USA as well as their legal residence status within the USA. The I-94 form only needs to be completed if the person is entering the USA by land via Mexico or Canada.
For all others, the I-94 will be generated electronically upon entry. Only if the university wants a printout of the I-94, you can print it out
here.
Click on “Get most recent I-94" and enter your data. The I-94 will then be created.
