What is a bank statement?

With a bank statement, your sponsor (e.g. your parents) proves that they are not only willing but also able to support you financially in the stated amount. The bank statement must be issued and signed by the sponsor's bank. On the bank statement, you show the amount of your own contribution and add the costs for flights and pocket money. So you are not showing the actual costs, but a little more. The bank statement can also be issued in a higher amount, it has no influence on the amount of your scholarship. The university only needs it to prove to the immigration authorities that all students are financially secure.

Hint:
You can also submit several bank statements and have several sponsors
