WES Evaluation - Compiling Transcripts

After you have applied for the WES evaluation, you have to compile the necessary documents.

1. You will need a certified copy of your German and English transcripts - either the HS Diploma / Abitur / Matura or the Bachelor's certificate and the Transcripts of Records
2. Take these certificates and an envelope in which they fit to the secretary's or university's office of your school.
3. Have your school's / university's transcripts placed in the envelope and sealed with the stamp of your school / university.

Important:

The envelope must not be sealed with Sellotape, otherwise WES will not accept the certificates.

Write on this envelope your name and the WES Reference Number you received by email with your confirmation. Without this reference number your certificates cannot be assigned.
