Request InCred Evaluation

If your future college is a NAIA university, you will need an InCred evaluation to convert your grades to the American grading system. 

Create InCred Account

  1. Open the InCred website in your web browser
  2. Click on Let's get started at International Students.
  3. Create a new account by clicking on Register. 
  4. Enter your email address, a desired username and 2x your desired password and confirm with Register.
  5. Confirm your account in your email inbox.

Complete Profile

  1. Answer all questions with a red star.
  2. When you have completed everything, click on Update.

Important:
Enter your NAIA ID under ECID Number so that the two accounts can be linked and the NAIA can use your high school diploma for eligibility to play. You will find your NAIA EC ID at the top of your NAIA account. (ECID#) If you do not have an NAIA account yet, you can always link the two accounts later.

  • Expedited Service
    • Depending on the urgency, you can choose either Standard Service or one of the faster delivery options.

Education History

  1. Click on Create and enter the information about your academic career below.
  2. Select Secondary School / High School at School Type. 
  3. On Start Date, enter how long you have been at that school.
  4. For End Date, enter how long you have been at the school or when you will finish school.
  5. Currently Enrolled? Select Yes if you are still attending school and No if you already have a degree and are no longer attending school.
  6. Credential Pursuing or Earned Please enter your high school diploma or general qualification for university entrance here, as it is or will be written on your diploma.
  7. Credential Earned? If you have not yet received your diploma, select No. Select Yes if you have already graduated and have received your diploma.

Upload Transcripts

  1. Right click on the arrow and on Upload Transcripts.
  2. Scroll down in the new window and click on Add Transcripts.
  3. Search for your transcript on your computer and upload the transcripts in German and English.
  4. Write in information about the transcripts in the text field under Note. 
  5. Click on Add and on Next to upload additional transcripts.

Evaluation Delivery

Here you enter to whom the evaluation report should be sent. Please enter your future university or coach here. 

Evaluation Delivery Information

  1. Click on Create.
  2. Enter the name of your university or click on the magnifying glass and search for your university.
  3. Under Institution Contact enter either your coach or someone from the Admission Office if you already know someone there. Please contact us if you are stuck here.

Please check all your details again. Your order should now look like this:

Application Payment

  1. Click on Pay Now and then click Proceed to Checkout.
  2. Enter the payment information and close the InCred Application

Important:
Please provide us with your InCred access data so that we can help you with problems and check the current status of your evaluation. If the price for a transcript evaluation is included in your service package, do NOT pay the fee but ask your Admissions Specialst to do so.
