NCAA Task: "We need more information about your enrollment timeline"

NCAA Task: "We need more information about your enrollment timeline"

A common task in the NCAA Eligibility Center Account is "We need more information about your enrollment timeline". In this article we will describe how to deal with this.

(NCAA) Description of the task

Ask the issuing body of your transcript or credential to submit a letter providing the grade level and dates you attended. For example: "Year 9 started January 3, 2022, and ended December 15, 2022."

The issuing body should email these documents in the native language along with a certified line-by-line English translation, if English is not the native language, to ec-processing@ncaa.org. Each document should be on the issuing body's letterhead with stamp, and include the name, title and original signature of an issuing body administrator. Each document, as well as the email subject line, should include your name and NCAA ID number.

What to do?

The letter should be submitted by your school directly to the NCAA via email. The correct email address for submitting the letter is ec-processing@ncaa.org. Ideally, you should give the school a text that is as complete as possible and requires only minimal adaptation. You can use the following pattern.

Important:
The letter should be written as a PDF on official school stationery, signed by a school employee (principal, teacher, secretary) and sent as an email attachment.
