Instructions for a successful evaluation:

1. Create an account
   
1. Click on the link above and then on START EVALUATION
2. Create a PASSWORD and then click CREATE ACCOUNT

1. Enter your name, surname, date of birth, gender and current MAILING address
   
   
2. YOUR EVALUATION
   
1. Select the country to which your evaluation will be sent (USA)
   
2. Under EVALUATION TYPE you will be shown the course evaluation for $145, which you now select
   
3. For TRANSLATION SERVICES, select “All my documents are in English or I have a certified English translation”
   
4. For PROCESSING TIME, you usually select “3 BUSINESS DAYS” or a rush service for an additional fee if you need it quickly
   
   
3. YOUR EDUCATION
   
1. Click on ADD A CREDENTIAL and then enter the country, the name of your school
   
2. TYPE OF DIPLOMA is usually SECONDARY/HIGH SCHOOL (only if you are already a university student, select HIGHER EDUCATION/UNIVERSITY)
   
3. NAME OF DIPLOMA is the title that appears on your certificate (e.g. GCSE certificate, A-Levels etc.)
   
4. IMPORTANT: If you are not sure what to enter here, please contact your Admission Specialist at Keystone Sports!
   
5. COMPLETED: Only if you have already completed your degree, select YES here, otherwise NO
   
6. YEAR AWARDED: The year in which you received your diploma
   
7. HOW WILL CREDENTIAL BE SUBMITTED: Select here how you want to provide your documents to IEE
   
1. You can have your certificates  sent directly to IEE by email from your SCHOOL (first box)
   
2. You can upload your certificates directly (third box) -> IEE reserves the right to request official documents or confirmations from your school (possibly for an additional fee)
   
8. Click on SAVE and then on NEXT
   
   
4. DELIVERY OPTIONS
   
1. Now select which institutions (US universities) the evaluation should be sent to
   
1. It is already pre-set that the finished report will be saved in OUR KEYSTONE SPORTS PORTAL. WE will then forward the completed report to your US university FREE OF CHARGE
   
2. Please let us know which US university we should send the report to (if known)
   
3. Then click NEXT
   
   
5. REVIEW AND PAY
   
1. Check your application and click NEXT if everything is correct
   
2. Then select the desired payment option (CHECKOUT ONLINE) and click PAY NOW
   
3. After you have made the payment, your application will be processed. Please watch out for emails from IEE in case there are any questions about your documents!
