Create a College Golf application video

The video is the heart of your online profile. The coaches must be able to assess your performance based on your video material alone. Therefore, your video material must be detailed, individual, up-to-date and above all, full of verve. In short, it must show your strengths! If you keep this in mind, it will have a positive effect on your scholarship!
In this article you will learn how your application video should ideally look like.

Introduction

In the introduction you have the opportunity to introduce yourself briefly to the trainer. You should definitely mention your name, age, place of residence and your current handicap. Imagine that the coach is standing in front of you and has asked you to describe yourself in max. 60 seconds.
Time: 45-60 seconds

Strokes

For the video, we need both close-ups and full-length shots of you, so that the coach can get a good idea of your strokes and your technique. Please record all your strokes in landscape (not portrait) format.

1. Driver Position
Close-up from the side and the total. 
The tee shot with the driver should be shown 1x in normal speed and 1x in slow motion in the video. Ideally the video should show the swing speed in miles and the length in yards. 
Length: 45 -60 seconds

2. Iron 6 Position 
Close-up from the side and from the long shot.
The punch with the Iron 6 should be seen 1x in normal speed and 1x in slow motion in the video. Ideally, the video should show the swing speed in miles and the length in yards.
Length: 30-60 seconds

3. Approach Position
Close-up from the side and from the long shot. 
The blow should be seen 1x in normal speed and 1x in slow motion in the video. 
Length: 30-60 seconds

4. Short Chip Shot
Shooting from the front, so that the flag and the hole can be seen as well as you. 3-4 balls are played one after the other without interruption. 
Length: 30 -60 seconds

5. Bunker Shot  
The shot is taken from the long shot, so that the flag and the hole are visible as well as you.
The stroke should be seen 1x in normal speed and 1x in slow motion in the video.
Length: 15 -30 seconds

6. Putting
Shooting from the front, so that the flag and the hole can be seen as well as you. 3-4 balls are played one after the other without interruption. 
Length: 30-60 seconds

7. Trainer
Shot from the front, so that the trainer is completely visible. 
Your trainer should make a recommendation about you. What kind of person are you, your strengths, character, etc.?
Length: 30-60 seconds
